Personal Project Proposal

First of all, my understanding and knowledge of the VFX industry are through the process of studying filmmaking, I think it is a creative industry with unlimited possibilities and can be of great help to the filmmaking industry I want to work in. I hope to have the common sense to produce some shots with VFX film quality in this personal project. In this project, I want to create a picture similar to the aliens descending on the earth in District 9(2009)and Arrival (2016). First, I determine the model, material, and texture of the spaceship through Maya, and then use a drone to shoot a scene over London, and then use this part The footage was imported into Nuke for camera tracking, and then the rendered image of the spaceship was composited with the footage over London.

Group Project Steampunk Overview

So in this group, I”m a Look Dev Artist, mainly responsible for the creation of the scene 3D asset models. At the same time, in my understanding and research of steampunk film and television, I found my personal favorite animated film about steampunk, Hal’s Moving Castle (2004)by Hayao Miyazaki, produced by Ghibli Studio, and I also made some experimental fusion of the real 3D model I created with the style of this anime as if the 2D film’s This will be the direction of my research during the progress of this team project.

Nuke Devil Man Project

Nuke Garage Composition

In this week’s nuke project, I synthesized a 3D car into the original garage scene. First, I exported the camera in the garage scene and then imported it into Maya’s car scene. Then I lit the car in Maya and Paste the material, then combine the rendered car scene with the original garage scene, then make further color adjustments to the car in nuke, and then import the original car model into the 3D scene in nuke to add shadows to the bottom of the car.
